Sorry I took such a long break. Well, here it is: The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader.
I LOVE this one. And I also loved the movie. Even though they really didn't follow the book at all.
Ok, so we are going to go to England. And Edmund and Lucy. Susan and Peter are in America.
Edmund and Lucy have to stay with their stuffy,stuck-up relatives, Uncle Harold,Aunt Alberta,and Cousin Eustace. Eustace is undeniably the worst. He has no friends (I really find that hard to believe)(no friends??) and he also calls his mother and father Harold and Alberta. (Kinda weird kid)
Well, so one day Edmund and Lucy are in Lucy's bedroom (which was a spare room) and they are looking a picture. It is a picture of a ship. Aunt Alberta didn't like it at all. That's why it was put in the spare room,so she didn't even have to look at it. Lucy loved the picture. It reminded her and Edmund of Narnia and the good old days. Ok so they are talking about it, and who should come in but Eustace. He also hated the picture. So he made fun of them. But suddenly Lucy sees it move.
A wave comes out of the picture. Eustace starts freaking out,and in his haste,he decides to take the picture off the wall and smash it to pieces. But instead,Lucy,Eustace,and Edmund get sucked into the picture. They are in an ocean. (Eustace probably still thinks this a dream). And to make things worse, Eustace can't swim. So here they are in an ocean,trying not to drown,when someone (who Lucy thinks looks vaguely familiar) jumps off the ship and saves them. It's Caspian!! But why were they called to Narnia? Caspian provides an answer. When he was a boy, his uncle (who was the antagonist in 'Prince Caspian') got rid of 7 lords,who might have helped Caspian get the throne from Miraz. But to prevent that,he sent them to discover new lands far off. They were never seen again. So Caspian has hired a crew and has set out to find them. What adventures await Caspian,Edmund,Lucy,Eustace and the crew?? Will they find the missing lords?? And will Eustace ever become a normal boy?? Oh,and watch the movie! <3 ~~ENJOY!!~~
